1. About Transnet Consultants

Transnet Consultants Ltd is a gold trading firm registered in Uganda with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB), licensed by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development (MEMD), and affiliated with the Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UNCCI). We are engaged in the ethical sourcing, export, import, refining, and trading of gold and provision of related mineral advisory services.

2. Eligibility

Use of this Website and engagement of our services is available only to:

  • Individuals aged 18 years or older with legal capacity to enter binding contracts.
  • Businesses and corporate entities duly incorporated under applicable law.
  • Persons and entities not subject to applicable international sanctions, export controls, or trading restrictions.

  • All transactions are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and AML due diligence.
  • Pricing is agreed at the time of transaction and referenced to prevailing LBMA spot rates plus applicable margins.
  • Title to gold passes upon full settlement as specified in the relevant trading agreement.
  • Transnet reserves the right to decline any transaction without obligation to provide reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your home jurisdiction.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination
